The platform includes updated menus, a smart cart system, two ordering options (direct online ordering and WhatsApp ordering), and supports cuisines such as Thai, Pakistani, Indian, Arabic, Malaysian, and Bangladeshi.

Each restaurant has its own secure dashboard with a built-in POS system to manage menus, orders, and daily operations.
